At Aura Natural Market, we want to make sure getting your favourite products feel simple, affordable, and reliable. Whether you prefer in-store pickup, local delivery, or shipping anywhere in Canada, we’ve got an option for you.

We currently ship within Canada only, to all 13 provinces and territories, from our Langley and Surrey locations.

Eligible products for shipping

Only vitamins, supplements, and shelf-stable items are available for shipping at this time. Perishable and frozen products are excluded.
Processing Times

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days before they are shipped.

Please note:

  • Business days exclude weekends and statutory holidays.
  • Processing times may be longer during peak seasons or promotional events.

If you’ve already received your shipping confirmation with tracking number, you can track your order using our tracking tool.

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and package weight/dimensions.
We offer free shipping on orders over $200 before taxes
Use code SHIP200 at checkout!
Important: Orders using the SHIP200 discount for free shipping will be shipped by ground or the most economical method available at our discretion.

Local Delivery

We can deliver your order right to your doorstep!

Eligibility:

  • Order total of $100 or more before tax
  • Delivery address within a 10 km radius of our store qualifies for free delivery
  • Addresses beyond the 10 km radius must choose a shipping option before checkout

In-Store Pickup

Skip the wait and pick up your groceries at our store — bagged and ready to go.

How it works:

  • Add items to your cart and go to your cart
  • Before checkout, choose your preferred date and time for pickup
  • Complete payment and wait for your confirmation email

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can enter that number below for live updates on your shipment. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, you can check its status in your account or by clicking, "View Order Status" button below.
