Lower the Sodium Content Recently we have made some recipe adjustments to reduce the sodium content in our Artisan breads, Pan loaves and Buns while maintaining the same great taste. Increase the Fibre Furthermore, we have made some recipe adjustments to increase the fibre content in our Artisan breads, Pan loaves and Buns while maintaining the same great taste. Non-GMO Canola We are proud to say that we only use non-GMO canola oil for our Artisan breads, Pan loaves and Buns. We are really excited about the changes we have been making to our products, and all this change came from some great feedback from our customers. Thank you!
