Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days before they are shipped.
Please note:
- Business days exclude weekends and statutory holidays.
- Processing times may be longer during peak seasons or promotional events.
If you’ve already received your shipping confirmation with tracking number, you can track your order using our tracking tool.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer following service options for shipping at the checkout:
Local Delivery
Eligibility:
- Order total of $100 or more before tax
- Delivery address within a 10 km radius of our store qualifies for free delivery
- Addresses beyond the 10 km radius must choose a shipping option before checkout
In-Store Pickup
How it works:
- Add items to your cart and go to your cart
- Before checkout, choose your preferred date and time for pickup
- Complete payment and wait for your confirmation email
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can enter that number below for live updates on your shipment. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, you can check its status in your account or by clicking, "View Order Status" button below.
