McLean defines “clean” as truly preservative free, with no nitrites added, including no nitrites from cultured celery extracts. Our pork is humanely raised cage free without antibiotics, and the salami is seasoned with fine herbs, spices & natural wood smoke. MCLEAN, “CLEAN”. It’s in our name!
