Filberts grow on large bushes in Europe and North America. The richly flavoured, sweet nuts are roughly spherical and pointed at one end.

Filberts are often used in sweet baked goods such as cakes, muffins, and cookies. The flavour pairs especially well with chocolate and is also popular with coffee. They can be roasted, candied, or enjoyed raw.

Product should be stored in a dry, cool place away from heat and light, for an estimated shelf life of 6 months. To extend shelf life recommended storage temperature is between 35-45°F.
