When we think of omega-3, we tend to think about fish oil. For those of us who prefer a plant-based source of omega-3, we have good news for you: NutraVege. NutraVege is a vegetarian source of omega-3 derived from the echium plant and algae. Stearidonic acid (SDA) converts to EPA at a rate of up to 30% (compared to 3.28% for flax)
