Recommended Dose
Adults take one capsule in the morning and one capsule early afternoon or two capsules in the morning, with or without food.
Caution: If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking anti-depressants, birth control or if you are on hormone replacement therapy, consult a health care practitioner prior to use.
