Usage

• Traditionally used in Ayurveda to help support liver health.

Recommended dose: 1 teaspoon 1-3 times daily. Dissolve 1/4 teaspoon of Andrographis powder in a cup of warm water and drink immediately. 1 serving = 1 gm = 1/4 teaspoon.
