Ingredients
- 1 cup pure pumpkin
- 1 large orange, peeled
- 1/4 cup almonds
- 4 dates
- 2 Tbsp. Alpha Supreme MCT Oil
- 6 ice cubes
- 1 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
- Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
