Usage:

• Traditionally used in Ayurveda to pacify Vata associated with Kampavata (tremors).
• Traditionally used in Ayurveda as Brahmana (nutritive tonic) in case of Daurbalya (general weakness).

Recommended dose: Take 2 servings 1 time/day. 1 gram = 1 serving = 1/4 teaspoon. Dissolve 1/4 tsp of Mucuna powder into 1 cup of warm water and drink immediately.

Cautions and Warnings: Discontinue use if you experience headache, nausea, abdominal bloating, pounding heartbeat, and agitation. Do not take it if pregnant or breastfeeding.
